An Experienced and Senior Registered Yoga Teacher with a 1st class degree in Strength, Conditioning & Rehabilitation her approach is informed by the latest research and proven methodologies. This scientific foundation ensures that her training techniques are both safe and highly effective. Her qualifications include yoga for sports and injury recovery, dynamic reformer instruction, and massage therapy with specialisms in aromatherapy and deep tissue techniques.
Jodie’s holistic coaching philosophy emphasises movement as medicine, fostering a supportive and inclusive community in classes where everyone feels safe and encouraged. She hopes all her classes are welcoming, personal, fun, engaging and have a little bit of challenge too, encouraging you to work with your body and connect with yourself.
